What is a mobile Notary Signing Agent?
A mobile notary is any notary who, upon request, travels to a convenient location to perform notarial services. These scheduled real estate transactions are ordered by lenders, title companies or mortgage notary signing agencies.
What are your specialties?
At Key To Close, my LOVE is Loan Signings, Buyer and Seller Real Estate Closings. I enjoy real estate and have been in the industry for years. I enjoy being a part of such a special moment in a person's life.
What happens to my documents after the signing?
Your documents are usually driven back to the Title Company. Sometimes, they are scanned and HANDED to UPS/FEDEX prior to the last pickup.
Free Packaging and Free Courier Service is included to Escrow/Title Companies.
Are there any additional fees with Loan Signings?
The price is FIXED, regardless of the total number of pages / documents.
What types of identification do I need?
Valid, Government issued photo ID's. Drivers Drivers License, State ID, Mexican Drivers License, Canadian Drivers License, USA Passport, Foreign Passport, Green Card or any Military ID. (Expired ID's are not accepted.)
What are witness and how many do I need?
In most all cases, you will need TWO witnesses. I can serve as one of the Witnesses. You will need to provide one other credible identifying witness.
A credible identifying witness is an individual who knows and can verify the identity of a signer. The witness appears at the time of the notarization and takes an oath or affirmation before the Notary that the signer is who they claim to be but lacks other forms of ID. Essentially, a credible identifying witness serves as a human ID card for the signer.
Typically, an identifying witness must personally know the signer or the Notary. Florida permits the use of two credible identifying witnesses who aren’t known by the Notary personally but do know the signer and present proof of their own ID (such as a driver’s license).
